The receipt will include a registration reference number, which you should use when making your hotel reservation in order to qualify you to the reduced accommodation tariffs negotiated with Sun City.

Registration Fees are payable in US Dollars or the equivalent amount in Euros or British Pounds. South African delegates are to pay the equivalent amount in RSA Rand.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing and sent by email or fax to the congress organiser:

If cancellation is received before 1st February 2009: A cancellation fee amounting to 25% of the registration fee will be retained by the organizers as handling fee. If cancellation is received after 15th April 2009, no refund will be made. Refunds will be processed within a month after receipt of the letter of cancellation.

There is no refund of registration in the case of no-show.
