The Conference Organisers have negotiated reduced rates with Sun City. In order to use this facility to submit a booking request to The Sun City Hotel, you must be a registered participant of the conference. If you have not yet done so, you may register here before booking your accommodation.

Group rates are quoted in South African Rands, per room per night, inclusive of English breakfast and value added tax (VAT).

Group rates include 1% Tourism levy applicable on the accommodation portion of the rate, and exclude any tax which may, in future, be levied by any public or government authority or other authorised body.

These rates are valid from 6 September to 10 September 2009. Please take note that rates charged for Friday and Saturday (Weekend) will be higher than rates charged for Sunday - Thursday (Midweek).

The booking will be processed by the hotel and you will be contacted for confirmation of your reservation.
